Kim Johansen Transport Group is committed to being a socially responsible company. We strive to promote a diverse and inclusive workforce and to provide employees with a safe and secure working environment.


Helping employees achieve their potential is key to strengthening our workforce, and we support our colleagues with various training and development opportunities across the organization through our MyKim Academy.

We promote an encouraging culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion through our values and training, supported by our compliance culture. We have a whistleblower system for employees or external parties to report any potential misconduct. This system is hosted by an external independent provider and enables reporting of any concern about breaches or other inappropriate behavior so relevant action can be taken.

Our human capital is the most valuable asset we have and the collective sum of the individual differences, life experiences, knowledge, innovation, unique capabilities, and enthusiasm that our employees invest in their work represents a significant part of not only our culture but our reputation and the company’s achievement as well.

Therefore we are also proud to be awarded the silver rating in EcoVadis Supplier Survey.

We strive to do the best we can for our employees, society and environment. In 2022 the French agency EcoVadis, which monitors social practices among corporations, studied our CSR activities within: Environment, Labor Practices, Fair Business Practices and Supply Chain and awarded us with the rating of Silver, placing us within the top 12% of companies in the Freight transport by road industry assessed by EcoVadis.
